1. To start you need eggs, bread crumbs (Italian style), cooking oil (corn oil), and thin cut chicken breast. 2. Next open the chicken breast and wash the chicken off to make sure there are no germs left over. 3. Now its time to bread the cutlets. You need 2 medium size bowls, a round plate, and an eggbeater or fork. 4. Wash your hands. When your done crack at least two eggs into one of the bowls and use a beater or a fork to scrabble the eggs. When you are finished, pour breadcrumbs into the other bowl. 5. Take a chicken cutlet, put it in the egg and flip it about 6 times to make sure the breadcrumbs will stick. Take the cutlet out of the egg mix and place it in the bowl with the breadcrumbs. It’s best to do it with your hands so that you can cover the whole thing in breadcrumbs and you don’t miss any little spots. Next put the breaded chicken cutlet back it the egg mix once more and then back in the breadcrumbs. It always taste better when you double bread them. Repeat this step until you have breaded all your chicken cutlets. If you have to use more eggs and breadcrumbs then do so. 6. The next step is to take out a frying pan and the cooking oil. Turn your stove on high heat and pour the oil to where it covers the whole pan. Wait until the oil is hot and then you put the breaded chicken cutlets into the oil. 7. When one side of the cutlet looks dark and crispy flip it so the other side can get like that too. When both sides look like that they are done but if you want to make sure cut it and look inside to see if it’s done, nobody wants to eat raw chicken. 8. When the chicken cutlets are done get a plate with 2 paper towels and place them one top so it absorbs the oil. 9. Finally, let them cool down and enjoy your chicken cutlets.
